Our experience was horrible, my daughter asked for a bacon cheeseburger with only mayo and extra crispy fries.... she got a cheeseburger with everything on it and cold limp soggy fries with no seasoning, my boyfriend asked for fish and chips with extra crispy fries and he got cold soggy fries with no seasoning....so I finally told the Waitress that my daughters hamburger was all wrong and the fries were cold and soggy and she just looked at us like we were dumb like she didn’t even notice all the extra sides from the hamburg... read more

My husband and I ate at Black Bear for the first time today. Our waitress asked if it was our first time and explained the menu to us. She took our order when we were ready. When she delivered our food from the breakfast menu, my husband asked for more butter. He never got it. Our waitress did not check on us at any point during our meal. We both needed more water.
