So disappointed, worst restaurant I've been to in a long time. They either need new staff or train their staff properly and it starts with a very very rude manager first. Plus, I have emailed corporate twice and no response. Poor customer service.

From a former employee who just quit: the owners of this restaurant treat their staff so badly, I had a customer apologize to me for their behavior! Please don't give your business and hard earned $ to people who bully and berate their own staff.

You’re a diner who knows nothing about what our school kids are going through due to the actions of bigoted and ignorant school board members. Taking a stand to SUPPORT racism is poor taste- even for you. Take down your sign.
Totally understand that you’re understaffed but waiting for 15 mins and still no one even asked us if they could get us something to drink is a little ridiculous if you ask me!

its a 50/50 what your experience will be. sometimes its amazing. other times the food is no where close to what you ordered. things are constantly missing or prepared wrong. if Js was on doordash I would never get black bear again. the only reason we keep going back is because my kids like it. hard to mess up a kids cheese pizza 🤷♀️

More awful meals here this time delivered by door dash, they claimed wild caught salmon but based on the color it's awful farm raised! Wild caught has a natural deep red color because of the algae they eat. Also ordered a turkey club and it arrived with burnt toast on prior order!
very unhappy with my experience today, waited a hour for our food which was like warm. They were out of hashbrowns and ice tea really!!! And not busy at all!!!
