I have been there 3 times now and 2 out of 3 have not at all been satisfactory at all. The Rueben sandwich was soggy and the Parmesan chips were tasteless. The 2nd time was kind of okay but very slow service. The last time I was there my food was cold and I think it had been sitting waiting for my friends that with food was being prepared and service was SOOO slow. I came another time, that I should of mentioned before, my food was very good but my friend that was with me didn't get what she ordered. I really think that ... read more

First time we came here my dinner had a hair in it. The waitress was very helpful and got it fixed immediately. Family invited us to go the next two times. Both times took what seemed like a very long time to get food, but they were busy, so we wrote it off. Last night my husband, son, and I went. Our waitress was rude and not pleasant (you could tell she was tired, but you still can put on a fake smile). There were only 5 other families, yet it took forever to get our food. Okay so this is the second time my family and I have tried this place and both time the service was very poor including the waitress makes political jokes and I really do not like it when the waitress has to give the person setting next to me there food over my food. Asked for the check twice waited 20 min and then went to the register to get our check and pay the bill.
