My husband was one of the people who won the free meal for two through your Facebook promo. Let me just say that our server was awesome, nice, and upper helpful. I had the pineapple upside down pancakes with a side of extra crispy bacon. The pancakes were huge and thick and fluffy and the best pancakes I have ever had in my life. Twice I have went in to be left unattended for 10 to 15 minutes. On 9/28/2022 after waiting for 10 to 15 minutes with no help we left. There were 4 couples in the restaurant including us. Not a fan.

First time we came to this black bear on 12th street in ogden. Food was not the best. Biscuits and gravy came out cold. Told the waitress and was told they get that complaint all the time. AND THAT WAS IT!! We then talked to the cashier when we went to pay. I visited this location on 12th st last night and by far the worst experience I have had at any Black Bear Diners. Starting off with the “service”... We were sat at our booth after waiting about 5 minutes to be sat. (This was fine as they were setting up tables and cleaning them).
