terrible service. always forgetting things that I pay extra for, and still charging me, and never wanting to go a little further for their screw ups. literally every time I come here and order take out, they screw it up. so sick of it. Jeremiah's and no frills have my business for breakfast now.

I was disappointed with Black Bear Diner. We went on a Tuesday because I had heard on the radio about Teddy Bear Tuesday’s. My boys were excited to take their bears. However, when we got there our server said that stopped a couple of months ago even though I had just heard the advertisement on the radio. Everything was just S L O W too. The waitress that served us was pretty lost since it was her second night and the manager decided she was ready to be on her own. My husband's food was cold and missing the side dish. I ordered a burger and fries and they brought out chicken parmesan and pasta. It took 20 minutes to get a drink refill. Seated quickly, but that’s where it turned south. Brenda took our drink order but than wouldn’t help us when 4 of our 6 drinks were empty and remained empty for 35 minutes,, while we waited for our food,, only to be told “we’re out of Dr Pepper, We’re out of ranch dressing, we’re out of HASHBROWNS!!!!!” Seriously?! Every time I’ve come here it’s a ridiculous wait for food and TERRIBLE service.

I had ordered door dash a week ago with black bear . I had called them to ask if I could add to my order. The lady took my order over the phone any my payment and told me my food would be about 30 mins late due to adding to my order . Well they forgot to to put added paper to my food with door dash . Since i paid black bear for it door dash would not go back to get it . This was a week ago. RecommendedI love Black Bear and come often. Yesterday on FB I received a coupon for 25% off. I hit SAVE and the offer disappeared. I went with the idea to eat a good steak and what I got was an over cooked tough piece of meat. I ordered a rib eye, rare to medium with the color pink inside and got it almost well done chewy mostly brown inside.
