your doordash orders, third time it has been wrong and missing items. The lettuce for the taco salad was not fresh and wilted and soft, the taco meet was dried and hard not fresh. No value for the money.

I got some red breakfast potatoes there last night and half of them were pure black and hard as rocks. Really gross.

Apparently if it says on the menu that your food comes with something such as fruit beware that means it is complimentary. That’s what we were told after we complained that we were not happy with the service provided. Then we were told that the fruit was coming but we would need to w... read more

I have really enjoyed going to black bear diner in the past, but I'll never order it through a site again. The food was over done. Both Pepsi's were beyond flat. I got onion rings instead of fries, and they gave me 5...5 onion rings. $35 well wasted. I won't do that again.

Highly disappointed, only thing that I could enjoy was the toast and coffee. For a first time coming, I won't be back. The food was so over cooked that it was like tasting rubber. Biscuits are supposed to be light and airy instead I get a hockey puck. The sage in the sausage is way to overpowering, the gravy shouldn't be eaten with a fork, and the hashbrowns is like rubber that has been cooked to a crisp, not worth time or money.

the food is usually good. last night was not the case and it was far from okay. I ordered the sirloin steak medium. it came OVER WELL DONE and was horrible. the server had forgotten to get my husband's order. the rest of the food was okay but I was extremely disappointed.

I waited with my boys 12 minutes for a server to even ask if we been helped yet. Wasn’t even busy, that’s kinda sad , I don’t like being ignored, I can take my hard earned money to other places.... won’t be back..... sucks. My little one wanted one pancake... the server kept saying we have to get a bigger meal to get pancakes... pretty sad . Very dissapointed
