We represent Mascot Miracle Foundation and we went in to talk about the mascot and the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and asked if we were there to eat if not leave. You missed out on a great charitable organization for an amazing cause. Never will we go there again!!!
been here a few times food and service have been wonderful came today they messed up the food and then when the food finally came we got burnt hamburgers cold biscuits and gravy and the manager who had to have known what was going on the whole time didn't even bother to come over once.. very disappointed and will not be back again
Terrible dinner. My meal and my husband dinner was very very dry. When we told management they still made us pay full price. This was a family dinner so there was 5 of us eating. Didn't try to get out of paying for the dinners just the two they weren't eaten. Never ever going there again!!
We went to Black Bear Diner on 12th tonight. Sat there for an hour. We got drinks and then never saw our waiter again. After asking for a manager the waiter stopped by to say our food was almost done. The manager never came and we left without eating.
I really like black bear diner but this time I got really dissatisfied I ordered a egg Benedict’s when I got them the eggs were like over easy hard not the way they supposed to be. I got the fish and chips. The fish was bland a very greasy and the fries had no seasoning on them at all. My boyfriends steak was cold and was bland. The customer service was good though.
We have eaten here many times. Mostly because it’s close. It’s very hit and miss. Last night the service was horrible. Our food literally sat under the warmer for over 20 minutes before someone other than our waitress wondered around the restaurant asking who’s food it was. The sad part is they were slow. Literally more staff than customers. Food was cold. All three of our orders were wrong. No attempt to correct was made. Sadly we felt like we were just interfering with everyone’s smoke breaks. Horrible!
The wait was long. I almost feel the place is mediocre for how popular I have heard it is. So i got shrimp basket with very little shrimp and all them were way burnt. Couldn't even a get fork through them and the two or three I ate were burnt beyond inside. However, Shout out to the Waitress for making the experience x100 times better. Great atmosphere, but a bad first time eating experience. Seeing what some of the others got certainly does make me want to go back and try it out again but the experience overall was disappo... read more
