Service was slow. Order didn’t come out right. It was COLD 🥶 IN THERE. One time was good enough for me.

place was empty...slowest waiter ever! AND got our order wrong! Had to get my own refill of tea...after asking and waiting! NEVER AGAIN!!

Need better food quality, and cooked better. Service was ok, but very slow and the staff was not very friendly, they didn't even seem like they enjoyed being there.

Really enjoy the food . Very good service and they give you plenty of food . We like the ribeye it’s very good . Love their bacon ranch dressing . Everyone should eat there you’ll love it . Wish we had one of these in Wyandotte County .

took 20 minutes to get seated. then ordered our drinks we were told they had to make the oh. we said we would wait. after 56 minutes waiting for our food and our grandson eating a package of goldfish crackers that I brought for him got the on and it was so nasty we were told it would be not too long for our food. we told them to forget it and walked out

Ate here once before and had a good experience. Thought it would be a good place to bring our out of town guests today and we were treated very rudely. Won't be back.

Sat down with the family, when we ordered our drinks the waitress took mine of soda and the wife’s unsweet tea with no lemon but walked away before we could say what our son wanted. Brought the soda no problem, but brought the tea with lemon. We ordered our food then the waitress disappeared until the food came. Had to ask a hostess for some straws for our drinks. When the food finally came half of the potatoes where undercooked and the corn beef was dry. The wife had asked for jam to go with her toast and got two small thin... read more

I ate the at Black Bear 1 time but never again. They hire crews with Legacy Construction and Management from California and bring out of area labor. What little work they subcontract out they do not pay their bills. #boycottblackbeardiner
