The waitress was amazing. I ordered bacon as my side. The bacon was raw. My next order was burnt to a crisp. The waitress then brought me a 3rd order also burned. I told the cashier while paying for something I couldn't eat. Her response you should come back on a Tuesday when we aren't so busy!

My experience at black bear diner was the worst. The York meet was horrible no flavor!
Service was horrible. Music was WAY TO LOUD!! Left before we even got a chance to order our meals. Won't be returning anytime soon!
I have never had a worse experience there. Normally I LOVE this place, but our breakfast experience this morning was just awful! There was a family about 3 seats down from us with children jumping up and down on the seats, screaming and hollering, all the while "dad" is just sitting there coloring not paying any attention. I asked one of the girls working if she could please say something, and I got brushed off with a "well we can't say anything if it's someone else's kids." Bull! They are always busy (which is what you want to see when going to a restaurant). I’ve never had to wait too long for a table and their customer service is great! The servers are nice and the food always comes out hot. I live in Saratoga Springs and drive past the American Fork destination to come to Orem because the AF destination is terrible! Please get management to go to AF for training and better hiring of staff!
Love the food but one of their waitresses attacked 2 girls (off duty). Will not be returning until she no longer works there even tho I have no relation to the two victims. I usually like to come in with my husband and kids but after this incident even off duty I do not feel safe taking my kids somewhere where someone is so unstable and will physically attack people. Super disappointed in this cause I love the food.
