My order for delivery was place in the bag sideways so my food was smeared all over the containers, my soup leaked out, plus they forgot 2 items..not happy or impressed
My parents came here and they were discriminated. There was a white couple who arrived after them and they were attended before my parents. My parents weren’t even given water!! After waiting an hour they had to leave - STILL NO WATER/DRINKS. This is disgusting behavior. OREM do better.

Went in for breakfast in Draper Utah a few weeks ago, stood at the hostess station for almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. After I was seated, I waited another 5 minutes without even a “I’ll be right with you” from a waiter. I got up and left. To keep it simple I will just note all the little things I noticed. 1. In the picture you can see a hair tie and a crayon on the floor that where there when we arrived and remained there until we left. 5 employees all passed these items several times. The floors overall were quite messy. 2. What appeared to be a manager with a blonde a-line cut kept touching her hair. Horrible food. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Breakfast came out cold, incorrect, and disgusting. Even after sending back food it was brought out AGAIN COLD. A manager never even came to speak with us, we were offered some crappy desserts but declined. We received a small discount but really should have not been charged. The food was really gross, the service was good and we felt bad for the waitress. For those that did eat a bite or two now feel sick :( Awesome .... Ugh

We have been here for an hour. the waiter forgot to put on our order. then people who came after is are getting their food first. the waiter is giving us free drinks.....shit please this is annoying. worst experience here i have ever had here. Someone do something and fix this mismanaged place. breakfast should not take over an hour.

I cant believe how terrible our service here was. We go to the american fork one all the time and they are amazing. Today we were sat down and waited atleast an hour to get sat. Normally I'd understand but it wasn't even very busy today? I saw atleast five people behind the bar doing nothing. They were short on servers. The kitchen staff was clearly understaffed. We are pretty understanding but once we finally got seated- they didn't even get us drinks AFTER 20 min. Of sitting... At this point it wasn't even busy at all. ... read more
I have ordered food at this location twice now through Doordash and both times food was missing when it arrived! I called the restaurant and they told me just to have the driver come back and get the missing food but that isn't an option on the app! Apparently this location loves cheating the customer out of their food! 😡
