My daughter and I went in while we waited for my cell phone to get fixed next door. We were sat right away. There was hardly anyone in there. I thought we’d be in and out fast. I was wrong. The waitresses came took our drink order then came back and took out food order, and said I’ll put that in as soon as I can. We waited for about 1/2 an hour still nothing. French toast was completely dried out and the chicken breast in my chicken parm was so over cooked that the meat itself was brown and crunchy. The parts that weren’t brown and crunchy had a quarter inch thick layer of dried out chicken leather. Seriously bad

Went to Black Bear Diner tonight. The waitress totally ignored us. Even after we approached her to tell her we wanted to order, she continued to blow us off and ignore us. After she did this which was already 15 minutes of waiting at the table another waitress finally came over and tried to help us but by then it was a for gone conclusion that we’d not be eating there tonight. First off if you call ahead just to get an estimate on the wait they can’t tell you so you have to go in person to find out. Got our seats and drinks quickly and were then ignored. Two other groups who came in after us ordered and were served ahead of us. Second waitress did serve us after we got her attention. Food came quickly after. Hannah at Orem location saved the day.

Today was the third time in probably 9 months that I have been here. The last two times, I had ordered the California Benedict and was served poached eggs that were cooked solid through...both times! Even the yolks were totally cooked solid. Although I was actually craving Eggs Benedict, I knew better than to order that again. Instead, I ordered the chicken pot pie.
