Loved it till me and my 1 year old got food poisoning
Horrible service. Horrible management. Horrible food.
The food was old and cold. My burger sat in the window for at least 10 minutes then they took it to another table with their food and brought it back then brought it to us. Never got refill on drinks. Sandwiches were very dry and burger was cold as well as dry. French fries were very cold and very old. Second time there but it's the last time. Would recommend you eat somewhere else. They didn't even speak to you when you're paying. Rude gross place
Waited 30 minutes for 3 kids meals. When we got them they were cold and the grilled cheese wasn't melted. Really disappointing.

We came in tonight. We waited for 15 mins and never once did a single employee acknowledge us they walked past us looked at us never sat us or let us know they would be right with us. We eventually left and went somewhere we got service from.
My experience at black bear diner was the worst eating out experience I have ever had. When we arrived we were told that the wait would be 30 minutes. While waiting multiple people who had arrived long after we had were seated. Because we had visited the St. George location and loved the food we decided to stay. After an hour we were finally seated. Once seated we noticed that the salt shaker had a large gob of mayonnaise on the top. Bad experience! Had to tell waitress what came with what we ordered! Long wait for food (hour & 20 minutes after order was taken), floor dirty under table, served horseradish instead of sour cream for potato, granddaughters food was forgotten, all food cold or lukewarm when it arrived.....
