We waited 20 minutes to be seated, then a family the same size of ours walks in and they were seated before us. It wasn't busy and there were plenty of tables and employees standing around. We were about to walk out and a employee noticed so told us our table was ready then left. If I could give it negative stars, I would. The service was horrible, the waitress was "new" but seemed to care more about flirting than working. When we said that seasonal vegetables were missing from one of the entrees, she brought out a cold piece of corn on the cob, and said that was the seasonal vegetable. She didn't realize that fish and chips, come with chips aka french fries. A salmon entree also came out cold. There were tables that weren't cleaned, a full bus bin was just sitting on a table. Always under-staffed, long wait for service & drinks (even coffee!) and the food has been so-so lately. We're on a break.
Not worth the time or cost for the food you get... if you get it (after you have to remind your waiter that the menu said your meal came with "x" item, even though they didn't bring you everything the menu said you would get).

It takes a lot to get my frustrated enough to write a negative review. But this Orem black bear diner is Well deserving of this.. I have called in an order 4 times, 3 of which have been messed up. Today, I called in a plain cheeseburger and an omelet with pancake. I was told it would be half an hour. I come in and get my food to find that the cheeseburger isn't plain. Also, I'm missing my pancake. I take he burger back in, and am told that there are some tickets before me to remake it. That Is unacceptable. If you mess up ... read more
