Ordered pickup and arrived after notification order was ready for pickup. I waited while the server checked out customers, seated customers. After I gave her my name for pickup I waited and watched her wait on inside diners, while my food sat at the kitchen counter for 15 minutes. Another server eventually brought my order. Completely unacceptable. I have picked up orders from restaurants that have a designated pickup setup.

Ok We decided to give BBD another try . We went a few months ago .The potatoes with onion and peppers were burnt .I sent a picture to the corp office never heard back . Tried again today .I ordered the Classic Eggs Benedict .It should be muffin ,ham ,egg and hollandaise sauce . Well it was a muffin ,grilled slice tomato,spinach egg and hollandaise sauce .It was pure mush !!! Just awful ..I told the waitress and she told me she put the wrong order in .. Didn't bother to tell me she would turn in the correct order,no discount ... read more

We went at 1:30 pm for brunch, we waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, got seated and no one came to our table. About 3 waitresses passed by and none acknowledged us. We have been at other blackberry diners before, got better service. Very disappointed.

The food its self was ok... I found gross stuff in it though, I found I found a grape stem in my wrap and a chocolate chip. While eating my food I felt something crunchy but I didn't bother with it. The service was quite slow she was very nice but didn't bring out the food that we asked and forgot a lot of stuff. The place its self was very nice and looked very cool overall was ok...

Bbbad service, bad food. Tried this place three times. Never again. Even the biscuits are tasteless
