I have visited the Humble location a few times in the past and liked it so I decided to give the Pasadena location a try, while I was in the area. Boy, was I underwhelmed! The grits were terrible. They had a texture about them - like a pasty after taste. Idk but I never want to taste grits like that ever again in this life or the next. So, I requested hash browns in place of the grits. Went once for my sons birthday no one really cared for their food very much. Tried to go back today and I walked in to an empty restaurant and everyone being seated in one tiny section at 4pm on a Saturday. Im all for keeping areas clean and shutting down sections but that felt like I was walking in to a place I was already unsure about and be cramped in there like sardines. I asked to wait to be sat elsewhere because I didn't feel comfortable being sat smushed at a table with a missing chair in the middle of a whole bunch ... read more

Went with family for dinner this evening for likely my only visit. The fish and chips was a poor choice. Gorton's planks in a box are better and the fries had no flavor, no salt, nothing. The cole slaw was dry with no dressing at all. Beware that the chili used on chili burgers has beans. The place wasn't very busy but the food service was slow anyhow. Our server was courteous and was probably the only positive aspect. The place is fairly new and was clean and comfortable but as I said , won't be back when there are s... read more

Very unfortunate evening. Took a group of friends and explained how great the food was. The evening was such a disaster. We did have a large group and totally understand that large groups food will take longer. The food arrived for our party in good time (30-40 minutes) but found that several sides were missing and one entire meal. The waiter proceeded to retake my order that was missing. We waited another 30 minutes for one meal. We had to ask for the missing sides several times. We asked for some salsa and we got a small c... read more

hair in food!!!! refer to pictures! told manager..... she was rude! awful service! made us wait and tables are sticky and not very clean. very small serving of eggs that came with meal! very disappointed! will not be returning!
