Called 3 times to verify they serve breakfast all day. Nobody answered while we were on he way. Ended up sitting in booth 24 for 20 minutes with only our hostess getting us water. Not a single touch by a server in 20 minutes. Obviously need more time to train the staff or find competent servers.
Had a coupon for joining there club so decided to go check it out. Coupon was for a bearclaw and a cup of coffee. (Wife and I each had one) were told that they were out of the original bearclaws which we had wanted so we had to go with the fruit filled one (only blackberry). Not that great as far as bearclaws go. Good thing we had the coupon. Price for two bearclaws and two cups of coffee was almost $20. (Interesting too how BBD hasn't responded to any comments here)

Our waitress was awesome but when I got my BLT it had 1 piece of bacon that was burnt so they went to make it another was still burnt they did comp it but it took over a hour for simple food to be delivered them my daughter chicken was overcooked not sure if we will go back seems like managers don't never responded to my email or anything

This was second try to support BBD and it was another fail. Server neglected to bring soup/salad prior to entree's , no silverware on table. Husbands food was missing items. Food was cold. Mentioned this to server and cashier and no one seemed to care.

We were very disappointed with the food. Ordered the grizz. Forgot the pancake and took 13 minutes to get it. Everybody's food was luke warm. The portions were small. The hamburger was 1/2 the size of Federal Way and the omelette was too. 5 of us and spent almost $90. Will take the time to go to Federal Way next time.
