I've always enjoyed the Federal Way location, so i was excited when this location opened very close to home. Tonight surprisingly was not busy at all so we were seated quickly. The waiter was really nice and personable, but once we ordered it took 30 mins to get our food. I really couldn't understand why it wasn't busy. What made it worse is we had my 11month old grandson who was very hungry and getting cranky. So when the food finally did come we got everything but his, we told the lady but she still didn't bring anything.... read more

Very disappointed, opened an hour and half late and staff was less than professional. I fault ownership. How do you allow the to happen. I have owned and managed resturants in past. A resturant like the , the owner should have been called in and opened , even if all they could do was comp pastry and coffee....service your clientele when you have issues......Bad management and therefore a staff that doesn't REALLY care. Won't go back

I went in during lunch today. I enjoyed the food the last time I went and I ordered the same thing, but I wanted a milkshake. I was told they were out of ice cream. So, I got water. Then when I ordered food they said they were out of fries (at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday...). What restaurant runs out of fries? The service is great, the food is good, but I find it crazy that a restaurant can run out of food so early in the day.

I rate it only one star. The food was OK, but the service was TERRIBLE. From the time we ordered, it took over 30 minutes to get our food. They never offered to refill our drinks. When we asked what ingredients were the omelet, waitperson was unable to tell us. We won't be going back there again.
