RecommendedOverall it was Good! Service is kinda slow. Don't order the fish & chips!!! They shouldn't even be on the menu, they were awful! Every thing else was super yummy! Make sure you come hungry!

I would give no stars if I could. We came there tonight for Thanksgiving dinner and it was horrible. First they were not selling the national advertised dinner w/dessert but were offered "their" thanksgiving dinner which apparently is their regular Turkey dinner. First it came with soup or salad..got the soup..they were OUT of crackers..then asked about corn bread..They were out of that too. We were there for the first time at your Puyallup store on Saturday and won't be going back. The waitress brought our food and there was hair in my son's pancakes. She joked about that had been happening to the people in that area all day. Gross! She then disappeared and left us sitting there with no bill. My husband finally asked somebody else for the bill. We missed our movie they took so long. Two gals just chatting away at the register. I asked for a comment card and she said they were out of them. I mentioned the hair ... read more

First off, We were seated right beside the waitstaff side work area which has an open doorway. Which was not a big deal at first, then we waited forever for our food, and not a big deal because the food was good, but then an older female server started arguing with a coworker right inside the server area beside us! This went on for over thirty minutes. We had to ask for a to go box and a our check. If I could give a negative rating I would. There is a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. The food was just about the worst I have ever experienced. Won't ever go back that is for sure. On a positive note the parmesan chips were ok.
