We all know black bear diner is delicious! Portions are very generous and the food is home cooking/comfort food. The thing that puts this location over the top is the staff and the management. While traveling, my husband and I were really excited about this place. It had just opened but seemed so organized. Since we have been to BBs in California we knew we would all find something we loved We went together with our great-grand sons and were really impressed with the service. Everyone was so pleasant. They were very attentive and so sweet to our boys making it a happy experience for them as well.

Black bear diner is one of our favorite restaurants ever!! The food is amazing. I usually order The Grizz and take all the extra home to eat in the morning! The portion sizes are big. The staff has always treated us wonderfully. The last 2 times we attended I tried something new- the breakfast croissant! SO GOOD. It's got a pesto aioli sauce and it's just so good I highly recommend. My hubby usually gets the meat lovers omelet, he recently tried the scrambowl and was also super happy with it! Tonight is my son's 13th birthday and he chose to have his birthday dinner be Black Bear Diner. We had been here to this location before before and we had wonderful service so we were excited to go back. However, this experience couldn't have been more different. Our waitress tonight was incredibly rude and forgetful. She took our orders and she brought the drinks correctly the first time. Then when she refilled two of the drinks, she brought Pepsi instead of Dr. Peppers. We politely asked her to switch it out for the cor... read more

We came on New Year's Day for dinner, and the food was good, but we did have to ask our server to take it back to the cooks to reheat it as was a little cold, but once we got it back it was good. I would have given all 5 stars if it wasn't for that and the fact that it was cold inside. We asked the server to tell the management to turn up the heat.
