Service is horrible, no one including the manager helped us. We waited while multiple waitresses walked past us with no one willing to talk to us or inform us of the wait time. My family finally walked out after the manager just walked past us several times with no help. Went on a Friday morning not even busy waited for 15 minutes. Would've stayed if someone came to greet us and inform us of the wait time.

The food was your standard black bear food. However for being the only ticket in the window it still took over 30 min for a waffle and eggs. When we went to check out we stood there for 15 mins. I could see the manager just sitting in the back not doing anything even after eye contact was made.

Took 15 mins to get a waiter. Food was cold. biscuit was hard, potatoes under cooked. Omelet wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. Disappointed.

Arrived at 7:15 pm. The greeter informed us that they had a 45 minute wait (they close at 8 pm) so she was told to not seat new guests. The restaurant had to be half full, maybe only a third full. Tons of tables just sat there. I'm sure they were understaffed but the optics looked very bad with so many tables unoccupied.
