Second time eating here. The other time was a year or so back and I got a burger. From what I remember it was great. This time I got breakfast thru a delivery service. I got French toast. I was very let down. They offered strawberries for a extra $3 and I thought I bet they give you a good amount, I thought I was going to get some great maple syrup and I thought it was just white bread they made it with. Went in for a breakfast with my special lady friend on Valentine's Day. Wasn't intended to be the highlight of the day, just a quick breakfast where neither of us had to cook. I wish we would have. Cold cereal and yogurt would have been better than this experience. It was about 60° in the restaurant. I don't know if the heating was broken or what but I wasn't the only one that noticed. Great food, however service is pretty bad. Every time we go there half of the seating is open and they say there is a 15 to 30 minute wait. HINT TO MANAGEMENT: Sit people at the open tables and start them with drinks instead of craming them in you tiny waiting area. You're losing revenue like crazy, when people get sick of waiting and they go somewhere else. If you dont want a long wait go to IHOP or Corner Bakery.

We went for a quick bite it wasn't too busy I ordered a side of fruit and an English muffin my sister ordered a lite version of biscuits and bacon we waited over 45 minutes never once did our waitress come by and gave us an update on our order others around us were getting their orders even those that came after us. Would give 0 stars if I could. Black Bears New Year resolution should be to act like the care about their jobs or customers. There were probably 10 clean empty tables and 10 dirty empty tables. Yet there was a WAIT! No one was actively trying to clean off the tables, it was like they couldn't care less about getting people seated and making money. 3 people in the time we waited to be seated came up to the host and said "we are leaving".
