Cold food. Colder service. Absolutely would not recommend. I'm very disappointed as I had previously heard good things about black bear diner. Maybe they were talking about a different location.

Food was cold and they refused to remake it because in their words "There is no way it was cold" and they also left food off the order. I will not be going back here due to the manager who refused to believe that they can make a mistake.

Tonight is my son's 13th birthday and he chose to have his birthday dinner be Black Bear Diner. We had been here to this location before before and we had wonderful service so we were excited to go back. However, this experience couldn't have been more different. Our waitress tonight was incredibly rude and forgetful. She took our orders and she brought the drinks correctly the first time. We've long heard about how wonderful Black Bear Diner is, so we finally decided to check it out on Christmas Eve morning. I wish I could offer the same raves other have, but I guess it just wasn't to be. A little about our experience: Atmosphere: I could give this 5 stars. We love the Black Bear for breakfast. We always go to the one in West Jordan. We were so happy to see them open one in Riverton. But after trying it three different times and always getting the same result....we'll be sticking with the West Jordan location. We had to ask every single time to have our coffee refilled. It takes 20-30 minutes to get our food and every time it comes out cold. For this to happen 3 separate times is ridiculous. Each time they were not too busy. Hope they figure out out....soon!
