We love the Black Bear for breakfast. We always go to the one in West Jordan. We were so happy to see them open one in Riverton. But after trying it three different times and always getting the same result....we'll be sticking with the West Jordan location. We had to ask every single time to have our coffee refilled. It takes 20-30 minutes to get our food and every time it comes out cold. For this to happen 3 separate times is ridiculous. Each time they were not too busy. Hope they figure out out....soon!
We were looking forward to trying this place out, but it wasn't great. There was a bit of a wait when we got there, and we ended up waiting just inside the outer doors. Apparently they don't check out there when they call out names, so we must have missed our call and waited about 15 minutes longer before having them check their list. Someone had crossed off my name, but they were able to seat us immediately, thankfully.
