What a joke if a diner. 45 min wait and half the tables were empty. Seems like management should care about their employees more so the staff can at least act like they care about their customers. Most people were walking out just like our party of six. Theirs loss, but they probably don't care.

We have been sitting here for 40 minutes and still have no table. No one seems in too bi of a hurry to seat our party of 13. We have 6 kids under 10 and they have been hungry since we got here, now they are just getting restless and Hangry! This is a joke, Black Bear Diner has disappointed the last two visits. I offered to go start setting up tables and I was assured they "They had a plan" well we are still sitting here and I'm done with this review. We have gone to many Black Bears but this was our first visit in Riverton with our good friends It was a horrible experience. They over charged us $ 7.14 and the cashier would not even let me see correct ticket . I called Jennifer and she was not at all helpful She said we were charged $2.99 for a bun. My wife did not want the salad because the food handlers were not wearing gloves so they charged us $2.99 plus $1 for the substitution. I was charged $3 for a tiny bowl of soup even though it was included on the menu Jennifer... read more

Cold food. Colder service. Absolutely would not recommend. I'm very disappointed as I had previously heard good things about black bear diner. Maybe they were talking about a different location.
