Food was ok service not so much. Late to refill coffee, no coffee spoon set on the table and the staff was running in panic.

Service needs work. My omelet did not come the way it was described on the menu.
Have to say I've been to 5 different ones and seems this 1 was the worst. Ordered the parmesan bugger with red potatos they forgot my grilled onions , no onions or bell peppers in the potatos and they had no flavor. Not saying a won't go back maybe they were just having a bad day. But if it's the same next time I'll go to my usual place for breakfast.

The restaurant has a great reputation in the Bay Area as it is where I am from and I've had the chance to eat in the Bay Area location. The location is great for this restaurant, the food was okay, scrambled eggs needs a little seasoning and the pancakes were very blend and a little burned, might be because it was rush hour but I think we shouldn't use that as an excuse. Their portions are good and humongous though!

The poor rating is due to lack of service. Came here last month for lunch with a friend and had a good experience. Service was great and food was good. Came back this morning for breakfast with my boyfriend and ended up walking out. We were seated right away. (Last time there was a wait.) A waitress came by to take our drink order.
