While the wait to be seated was normal for a Saturday late morning, the wait to see our waitress was beyond unexceptable. After 15 minutes I asked the hostess if we could at least get some coffee, not only did she say yes, she apologized for our lack of service. Finally when the waitress did appear, she took our order and it took another 30+ minutes for our food to arrive. Several tables were complaining about the service as well. There were several plates stacked in the pass and the management staff looked dazed and confus... read more
