I went first time with coupon bday everything great but at the register to pay girl had a attatude when showed her coupon :-(
The service was horrible... the waitress would just come and dump stuff at the edge of the table and walk away.. I have to call her back twice just to ask which was decaf coffee and get some spoons.. she was not attentive at all.. we left a 10 percent tip but was not deserved, we are just the kind of people that always tip and the food was burnt to top it all off..When I ask the manager Jesus for a comment card he said they were all out and never bothered to ask me how our visit was. I have eaten at many Black Bears from Oregon to Northern California and it's always been great. This location is new and close to my house so I decided to try it and the Service here was Horrible. Next time I will Drive to another location.

Signed up for their email club and recieved a complimentary coffee and bear claw coupon. My fience and I decided to try it. We sat at the bar as there was over a thirty minutes waiting for a table. It took at least ten minutes (at the bar) just to get a cup of coffee. As we where getting our coffee the waiter asked if we would like to order and we stated we would like to utilize our coupons.
