Great customer service! We hadn't visited any black bear diners other than in nor cal, we had a great experience and Juan's attention to service was excellent. We will be back soon

Juan was an amazing server! he was on top with our food and drinks especially with a big group. First time here in this location and he did above and beyond! will love to come pack to get serviced by him:)

The best pancakes and waffles in town !! Service is always on point and Joyce always remembers our order!! We love eating here !!
