So, ever since BBD opened in the old Lyon's location we've been trying to like it. But everytime we've gone there in the past something has always gone wrong with the food, the service or both. This time we were there for breakfast. Given a table almost right away, drinks right away and then a ten minute wait to order. After that it was another 20+ minutes to get a basic breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, french toast. Was visiting gram and normally we go to black bear in Roseville and love it! At the Sunnyvale location service was slow.. over 35 minutes to get our food.. food was good but not cooked as we had ordered it. There were not enough workers for the amount of customers! Our server was wonderful!!! Hopefully they can hire some more folks soo!!

Worst service I have ever had, we never got our food! We arrived around 6:10 am,there was only a party of 4 and a single guy in the booth behind us. We decided to leave at 6:50 am when a few people who arrived after us received their food. NO BUENO. The waitress was lucky I didn't pick her up by her suspenders and hang her outside on the bear.
