We love Black Bear Diner, and we usually go to one after every wrestling tournament. This was not up to franchise standards at all. My kids' meals were not prepared the way they requested- mom daughter's bacon cheese burger came to the table without bacon or cheese. My son's salad came with both the items he had asked to be left off. Our waiter went on break. So my son just picked through his salad while my daughter waited for a new burger.
