The only good thing about this place was the service. So disappointing trying this place , food is expensive and not good. Please change the cook! They charge $25 dollars for mushy country potatoes and a huge roll. My bf is not a picky eater and he didn't even finish is food.

It's all about customer service If restaurants are going to charge these absurd prices then they should really cater to their customers. They simply didn't provide enough syrup with their pancakes. So I asked for more and they proceeded to charge me for it. Lame. I simply removed the fee from the tip. Screw me screw you. Waitress figure out how to provide more syrup without charging people - I know you can do it! The interior is cool - lots of wood and bear stuff.

This diner is good for breakfast and that's about it. We have tried it for dinner several times, and the service is poor and the food is served lukewarm. There are a lot of better options in the Valley for dinner. The portions are large, but the food is ordinary for dinner.
Business response:

I have ordered from here for a few years. The last 2 times I have ordered the pancakes have been burnt and dry. These have been my favorite for years. So sad that this place has gone down hill. I will miss their food as I don't think I will be eating here anymore.
Sometimes this place is great, I enjoy most of their food but they really need to figure out their hash browns, it's literally the reason I don't go here. They're somehow hard/stale like they're not cooked through but ALSO overcooked, I don't even know how to describe it. Like someone took freezer burned hash browns and cooked them on too high a heat for too short a time with no oil, and only on one side. If they had better hash browns I'd go here for breakfast all the time, but for the prices I can't justify going when th... read more

Disgusting breakfast. Eggs tasted like they were packaged and then grilled on meat. Hasbrowns had no flavor but the shortening or lard it was cooked with. The biscuit was too dry and also had no flavor no amount of ketchup for the hasbrowns or butter and jam could help. We also had the blueberry bear claw french toast and it was hard and dry. When we brought the issues up to the server she did nothing to help and said when you pay at the front you can ask for a manager if you like. WISH WE COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS FEE... read more

The quality has really plummeted. For $18.99, for 3 pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of sausage and 2 eggs...the pancakes were good, but the breakfast sausage and the bacon were served cold and both were not the same quality or brand that were previously served. The server brought a new plate of hot sausage and bacon, but it was just low quality. This will be the final time eating here for us.

Probably the worst food I've had in a very very long time. We got the avocado toast and their hamburger and it was bad.
Best service ever worst food I've had in years. Into sandwich was rubbery and grey. Obviously microwaved. Swiss cheese had no flavor and was not melted. Disgusting. Again the server was wonderful. $30 for one meal wasted.
