unfortunately it was a bad experience the waitress was talking poorly about me with the guy in the back in spanish i am latina and speak fluent spanish! i was very excited to eat here since i just moved to the area and was highly recommended to me! sadto see your owe people sometimes have the worst things to say about even if they have never meet you! hopefully this review can help address the issues!

I am not happy with this place . I only got one container of chili and i paid for a bowl of chili . One of my kids meals was missing a drink and most importantly im missing my cornbread as well. No one answers the phone when i called . My last order i ordered was fish and chips on Thursday and the fish meal wasn't appetizing at all. Fish was super small and the batter tasted way to battery. Im not going to order from this place again !!!!! ;(

I do not usually come here but I got a free birthday breakfast two eggs choice of bacon sausage or ham and biscuits and gravy. The meal was awful I had horrible gas a few hours later and then of course came the diarrhea. Thanks for the wonderful birthday surprise Black Bear much appreciated. Guess who's not going back there again

Ordered two Big Bacon Breakfast meals for my brother and me (for pickup). When we got home, we both tasted the eggs (that had an odd look and texture to them) and immediately spat them out. The eggs were powdered eggs (not real) and tasted nasty! How can they give us fake eggs! On top of that, for both dishes, the rustic country potatoes had a weird after-taste, the bacon strips were over-cooked and too salty, and the biscuits were dry and absolutely tasteless. all the food was bland what started as a 10 minute wait ended up being a 40 minute wait for our food that was not pleasant at all the only good thing here was the pancakes

When this restaurant is firing on all cylinders, it easily scores a 4.5-5/5. However, as of late, the service has been terrible. I've been to this location a total of seven times so far, and more than half of those visits have included bad service, which has only gotten worse. My visit today was no exception. My server today had zero enthusiasm whatsoever. He was one of the most inattentive servers I've ever had. He only checked on me once during my entire visit. Every time we come here, they never have anything off of the season menu. No matter what time of day it is or how recent the new menu item was announced, they never have it. It's hit or miss with the waiters here as well. Some are great, some act like they hate their job and never bother to check on you. There are better options in the area.

I went here on 7/21/25, principally because it was close to my ultimate destination. My dinner was supposed to come with a salad. The waiter told me that the restaurant didn't have lettuce for any salad. That was a first for me. Perhaps the truck was hijacked. I was offered some subpar soup as an alternative. I asked for cole slaw instead and was told that I would have to use a choice of a side to receive it. Awful experience. We came here to celebrate with a brunch and We had to wait 45mins for the young guy server Julio to come talk to us for the first time. He was too focused on a big party he was helping. Other tables got seated after us and got served their drinks and orders before we even got to order since they were being served by another server.
