Came for dinner. Was ignored. Stood for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. Lots of stares from the idle wait staff. Probably the reason why the diner was empty. We left without acknowledgment. Unfortunate.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, requested it with no veggies, came with veggies. It was then took back and the veggies were supposed to be scraped off. Returned with onions on it that I then had to take off. Requested for extra mayonnaise and never received it. Burger was very dry. Very disappointed in my first experience eating here.

Had dinner tonite (2/26/22). Service was okay (once we finally were seated),but the food was just awful. My chili cheese burger had a medium amount of chili on it, but it contained a lot of beans (ugh) and the fries were totally limp and greasy. My grandson’s Mac and cheese was dry and rubbery, obviously reheated and old. It had clumps of rubbery cheese in it that I had to dig out to get him to eat some (he’s 2). My daughter took me here and I fell in love with this place then I took my husband it was great then yesterday I brought my husband and best friend it was not the same place the food was not good they left my best friends food setting in the window for 30 minutes and when she got it it was not good my husband ordered a French dip that was not good has to ask a wait awhile for the dip the biscuits that were so good the first 2 times was so bad I did not eat it when we told the waitress about any of it all she could say was we... read more

Arrived and was put on a waitlist being told that it would be a 25-30 minute wait. Checked our wait status after 37 minutes and got a notification stating “sorry, your reservation has been canceled”. We will NEVER be back! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.

We paid to high for the quality of food. We asked for a chicken tender kids meal for my elderly mother, the tenders were extremely har. My chicken fried stale was breaded burger patty no flavor as well as the veggie were cold and the mash potatoes had no flavor either. The meatloaf felt like processed meat the only good thing was the pancakes my sister got. Over all the service is good and the ambiance is good too but the food is not good at all. Waited 30 minutes for a table, waited 45 min for our food, no refills on drinks, saw our waitress only twice, food was cold and dried out, waited another 10 min for silverware, got the check and it was incorrect, waited another 10 min for a revised check. Would not recommend this place at all. Horrible service!

My sons burger was raw in the middle and the waitress was far from attentive! We sent the burger back and instead of them wiping the item off the tab, she was petty and still charged us $3.99 for the 1/2 eaten vegetable side that came with the burger! I could care less about $4 it’s just the principle that he left without having dinner. Side note: In order to get soda refills or sour cream I had to ask the busgirl who was cleaning tables!
