Our 1st experience with BB. Ordered 2 fried chicken dinners to pick up. ordered on phone with friendly gentleman. Husband picked up and added pies. Took a long time to get $6 in change. Opened bag at home and salads, cornbreads, and 1 piece of chicken was missing. vegetable portions were small. Called and talked to Karen, the manager. Chicken fried steak is a frozen cutlet not fresh made.
Were out of certain item I understand with power outage we just had the waitress should have mentioned it when she took our drink order and then we are still billed for drinks and items that we did not received and we had to bring it to her attention I don’t think we should have
food was just ok nothing special. i had there chicken fried steak eggs and 2 pancakes . i hop is way better so dont waste your time or money
The place was empty, but we still waited ten minutes to be seated and when the waitress finally came to the hostess stand the couple that just walked thru the door was seated before us. She completely ignored us!!! Such a shame because we were really looking forward to tying this restaurant.
Terrible service, Food came out wrong 2 times. Fries were cold, did not ask how we want our burger cooked. Never again
Terrible customer service. Second time to experience service this bad and just won’t do it again. Very unfortunate
RecommendedThe food is delicious & for the price, the portions are huge. Our experience was mostly positive, except that one person at our table ordered the Oreo milkshake & it took over an hour & three reminders to get it. And, we were still charged for it. When the food did arrive, 2 people’s ordered were wrong or missing items. Also, we were a table of six & asked for separate checks.
