My husband and I waited over an hour and only receive drinks and never have our food order taken. we noticed the Manager going to almost every table around us apologizing. We overheard one family say they waited a long time only to get the wrong food. Another family sitting at the next booth had been waiting an hour and a half for there food. it was ok took for ever to get food, I got the steak and eggs and the steak was tuff but didnt want to wait another 20 min or so to get new food
We are really hoping last night was a fluke because, based on other reviews, we want to love this place. We arrived at the BBD around 7:30 and were told that there was a 15-20 minute wait. No problem. We looked over the menu while we waited until we were led back to a table... and a half-empty dining room. Why the wait? Had we known what was coming, we would have gone elsewhere. Food had a bug in it brought back my plate and I think they rewarmed everything the bacon was hard as a rock garlic fries are horrible like they just poured mince garlic over the Fry's wet they have a very dirty looking staff
