Last week my family went here for the first time and absolutely raved about the food and the service. I was unable to go at that time so my wife decided to take me last night for dinner. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get a table and immediately got menus and drinks when we sat down. We ordered our food (Big Bear Burger (medium well) and a tuna melt, both with Parmesan chips, a side salad each, and a corn muffin to split). Food was fair including service. Potatoes under cooked on 2 breakfast plates. Forgot to serve fries on 3rd plate. Will return for a follow up visit to see if things have improved.

When we arrived, people were waiting outside and inside to be seated. Was told the wait was 20- 25 min long. When we got seated half the dining area was empty. Kids ordered apple slices with their meal, waiter comes back to tell us they ran out of apple slices. Ate our meals, ordered Peach Cobbler. Waiter returns and informs us they ran out of all Cobblers. We actually went yesterday. I had been once before. Big portions. But yesterday we were seated, gave our drink orders. The people that were just behind us were seated near us. Were were talking, and kind of wondering what was taking so long. Then the people seated after us were served their food. No one had come back to take our order. I got up!
