We are really hoping last night was a fluke because, based on other reviews, we want to love this place. We arrived at the BBD around 7:30 and were told that there was a 15-20 minute wait. No problem. We looked over the menu while we waited until we were led back to a table... and a half-empty dining room. Why the wait? Had we known what was coming, we would have gone elsewhere. Food had a bug in it brought back my plate and I think they rewarmed everything the bacon was hard as a rock garlic fries are horrible like they just poured mince garlic over the Fry's wet they have a very dirty looking staff

Our waitress was great but food was cold and we waited an hour an half for the food. When spoke to manager he didn't seem to care. Not sure if we will go back.

Awful service, awful food, awful managment. The whole experience just down right sucked. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It took forever to get sat, the waitress couldn't answer any of our questions about the food. The food took forever to come and the fries came out cold, making us think the food sat for quiet a while before making it to our table. My sandwich was a BLT missing the avacado and cheese. They took the sandwich from me missing avocado and cheese to remake it, leaving me to watch the rest of the table... read more
The food was good and came out quick for us but not for the lady sitting next to us. Her and her young daughter ordered before us but she didn't get her food till after we finished eating. We sat in the bar area because the hostess said it would be a 25-30 min wait for a table. We were ok with the bar until the manager or guy who controls all the food coming out started yelling out orders, reprimanding servers and chefs, pulling his pants up with his gloved hands and then touching all the plates, and just overall very loud s... read more
