My daughter and I went. Terrible mix up on food and food was not good sent it back. Ordered something else. Didn't eat it. Left. Will not go back
Hated it food was not good other than the fries and service was not good at all. Never returning to this place
Definitely not even close to the great service and food we experienced in Bullhead City. No host/hostess, we were finally acknowledged by a server who was ringing up a customer. We were offered a booth or a table, we requested a booth. He took us to one that was in the process of getting cleaned, the wet rag was still on the table, he wiped off the seats with same rag leaving them wet. First time patron and had a great experience. Went at noon hour and there was a long wait for a table but the counter was empty. My wife and I sat at the counter, order taken right away by waiter. Great view of kitchen and watched a woman sort orders and make sure they were complete and right before going to tables. Also saw and heard her comp a meal that was under cooked. This is great customer service and No I am NOT connected to Black Bear in any way except as a satified customer.
The place is cute, I love the "Country Bear". This was my first time dining with a friend who had been before, and recommended it for lunch. While the food was good, and I enjoyed my hot tea; the only downfall was our server. According to my friend service is always good, so I may give it another chance in the future

Food was good, except my tri-tip was served as 3 thin slices of meat (that was cold) which was weird and my mashed potatoes were missing gravy. The waiter took a long time to take our order and in bringing things, including our refills. Eta: the paper to go boxes are very flimsy and putting anything "wet" in there made it almost fall apart by the time we got home.
