Waited 10 minutes or longer get our drink order . Was not that busy .

Don't waste you money nor your time here. I will never set foot in this place again nor any other Black Bear Diner for that matter. This is the second BBD we have tried and it wasn't any better than the other location we went to back in the spring. We got there and was told it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait which is ok. We waited and we never heard them call our name. So my husband asked about it and they had taken someone who came in after us. We were seated immediately. Last week my family went here for the first time and absolutely raved about the food and the service. I was unable to go at that time so my wife decided to take me last night for dinner. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get a table and immediately got menus and drinks when we sat down. We ordered our food (Big Bear Burger (medium well) and a tuna melt, both with Parmesan chips, a side salad each, and a corn muffin to split). Food was fair including service. Potatoes under cooked on 2 breakfast plates. Forgot to serve fries on 3rd plate. Will return for a follow up visit to see if things have improved.
