Food is good and big portions. I’ve been 4-5 times and the service is definitely one of the worst on 71st, wouldn’t recommend.

The food was barely warm because it sat on the line for so long. Not sure what our waiter was doing. Only one refill for each of us on drinks. This is the second and last bad experience we will have there. So, don't go. Spend your $35 for breakfast for two somewhere else. We've been there three times and have had two bummers. You do the math.

slow service and way too expensive would rather go to Wendy's 25 min waiting on a club sandwich and a burger
Our fried chicken was cooked so long it broke to pieces when you tried to take the skin off... way over cooked! It’s not a good meal when the best part was the salad and muffin.

Our waitress, Corrine, blamed our wrong order on the fact that “English is their second language” when referring to the cooks. And the service was extremely slow.

The waitress was very sweet. The tomato basil soup with the cornbread muffin were delicious. I ordered chicken fried steak without gravy on it. My food was not prepared the way I wanted and it had a rancid taste. Not sure if it was the meat or the gravy that was bad because the mashed potatoes tasted bad too.

Just horrible service. Waitress was not attentive. I literally was waiving my hand at her and it was like she literally looking anywhere but our table. I will probably not be back. Fries were under seasoned. Pancake was not great. Butter was practically frozen. Just disappointed.
