My burger was kind of burnt and thin, really small side salad for $15 with the drink, I don’t think that it was worth it. Had great service though!

My husband and I tried them for breakfast....the menu was typical. takes too long to get the food, and it was just ok. Then you have to wait in a line to pay. We have eaten breakfast at pretty much every restaurant around. I would recommend you move down a couple of blocks to Village Inn for awesome breakfast. Might go back and try dinner menu.

This is the black bear diner ribeye. The pot roast was rubbery. When we voiced our dislike, we really got no answers. Like they were not concerned.

Food was ok, bland. Service started out well, then our waitress forgot basic service industry things. When we mentioned this at check out the cashier got an attitude. The nicest people were the hosts.

My mother and I got the Alaskan salmon and it was probably the worst salmon we ever had. The fish was way overcooked, not seasoned, and would've made a nice hockey puck. Both dishes came with veggies and potatoes that had ZERO seasoning beyond a side of sour cream. Would not recommend.
I ordered chicken fried steak tasted and presented itself as frozen, cream gravy had an odd taste not pleasing. Over priced for what I got. Don’t bother.

When we first got there it took us three times to express we needed seating for four adults and two children. Then our waiter was painfully new and only checked on us every 20 minutes. We waited over an hour for our food (took almost two hours from beginning to end of visit) and when we got it none of us liked our meals. The chicken fried steak tasted like plastic. Super disappointed and will definitely never be back.
Could be more flavor in the food. The chicken and waffles were bland. Sweet tea was WAY too sweet. Coffee was great. Waitress was wonderful. Atmosphere is like its trying to be a lodge but falls short in that area. They seem to have run out of money when the decorating portion began. Tried it with my 26 year old son. We both agree it could be much better. Start with the food and then adjust the decor.... maybe a trip to bass pro for some inspiration could help.
