Terrible experience! We were seated rather quickly, however they did comment that there was no server assigned to the table. (Which we would have gladly waited for a table that was already assigned a server.) Once we were seated our waitress greeted us kindly, took our orders and answered any questions we had. You don’t charge 12.95 for a preservative chicken fried steak. The chicken fried is out of a box, not breaded fresh at the restaurant. Their desserts are pre-fab, not fresh. Been there done that won’t go back. Not for $27.50 meal for two plus tip For preservative food.
food was good, nbut not exceptional. It is what you find on many diner menus. staff was poorly organized, waitress was nice, but not familiar with menu

Came here twice. First time they were out of fried chicken at 5:00 pm. Second time came in at 7:00 am to get their homemade bear claw. Several minutes after the order was placed the waitress came back to tell me that they didn’t have any bear claws yet. I asked what time they would have them ready thinking, ok I’ll just take one to go with me after we have breakfast. Nope 9:00 am is when they usually have them ready. I ordered the large portion chicken fried chicken and when it came out it was so thin and the breading was so greasy. The large portion was a normal dinner portion. Gravy had no flavor and didn’t get much on my meal. Also got a baked potatoes and they have it listed as a side but if you get cheese and butter apparently that’s another dollar more. I got the email that you were doing free delivery this week and we haven't had a chance to make it to the restaurants itself yet so decided to give it a try because being from Tennessee this is set up to be my kind of place. Our meal was terrible. I ordered a chicken fry steak and it was raw when I cut into. Also we had the trout how can you burn fish. Our first time there and I am sure it will be our last.
