Went in for breakfast today and it was my first time there. Very great staff! I had such a nice server! He checked in every 15 mins. The food came out quick! Very delicious food!

I had $60 worth of food delivered to me. What a disaster. The chorizo breakfast burrito was so dry. They gave a tiny little cup of salsa on the side. It wasn't even filled up all the way it was probably a 1 ounce cup. The pictures make it look like there's a salsa and melted cheese and juicy burrito, but it was nothing like that at all. It was horrible. I also ordered a BLT chicken club sandwich. They didn't even toast the white bread it was on soggy white bread. It had no mayonnaise. I went with my brother in law ( Vietnam vet), & his wife. Very, very disappointed we were told to wait 10 minutes, others were served, then , 45 minutes, then another 10 minutes! Nope we left went to Dennys. Will not return to this restaurant! No one came to apologize to us it's funk Veteran's day

The seats have giant holes in them. The restaurant was completely empty. If they set me in a window booth in the holes in the seats were so big the stuffing was literally coming out. I didn't wanna sit on it! If they don't care about something so obvious I cannot imagine what's going on in that back kitchen. I would never recommend this place!

I visited a couple months ago and the staff was loudly gossiping negatively about the cook and other employees. Our service was poor because if it, Unfortunately, We happened to try again on 6/9/25 at 4:30pm and when we walked in the two girls who were working there made eye contact, and immediately went right back to their conversation. The parking lot was empty and now I know why. WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK!

I normally enjoy Black bear, it has been my favorite diner ever since I discovered it a few years ago back. However today's experience change my opinion. I understand Sunday's are especially busy for diners as most families go out to eat today, but four tables received their food before my table even got our order. We asked our waitress for the status of our food, which she originally said it would be 5-7 minutes but it took an additional 30mins to receive our order. I recently visited this establishment on Sunday, March 23. My brother and sister in law recommended to my family and myself. We were a party of 10. We arrived and had a wait of about 10 to 15 minutes, which was not too bad of a wait. We were seated and greeted in a timely manner. Our server was very polite and friendly.
