come here on and off last couple years, normally its pretty good. but today was just horrible.
I dont know what to say, just absolutley love this place, but man, this was a terrible experience, our food took so long to come out... everyone looked so down. normally the staff is so, up, energetic. I was told there was a management change. I normally get a senior discount, for the last 3 years! and i was told no today. I guess we are not welcome. No more at this location. Just dissapointing.

I would normally give this location a 5 star review but lately it has been not. You could say my family are regulars there, table 15. The staff members are always friendly and respectful. The place is always clean and the food good. If an order is wrong they fix it. But lately things have changed. The staff are short staffed which has caused longer wait times to be seated, get drink and food orders, refills on drinks, tables to be cleaned and waiting to pay the check. I have been eating at black bear diner for more than a year now and I always get a senior discount but I was told today that there is new management in place and they will no longer give senior discounts. That is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible management team, Never going back .
