Our waitress was very attentive. The food is "okay" but lacks attention, such as not cooking lettuce in a sandwich. One large concern is the hostess who handles the payments, turns right around and handles all the silverware wrapping them in napkins. Manager doesn't seem to help with any cleanup and tables sit uncleared.

Worst freaking experience and service ever. Black Bear ruined my mom's mother's day breakfast that ended being lunch. We were first told wait time was 30-35mins, but we ended up waiting for over 50mins. We understood it was busy, so we were okay. We placed an online order for pickup this morning. Garbage service. From the Manager to the cashier attending on the counter. My husband gets there and asks for the pickup order and cashier says they don't have it. The order was put behind the counter somewhere so they lost the order. When they bring out the order they still get the order wrong. Eggs were raw and missing items. Then the Manager comes out and we ask for a refund and simply says "Oh, you have to do it online I can't help you" and just walks away. So no help wh... read more

Waited 40 mins, then I walked by the kitchen to see about 30 dishes backed up on the line. When we got our food it had obviously been sitting a while. Fries were cold and soggy, burgers were cold and gross. We saw our server twice in those 40 mins with no drink refills. People who came in way after us got their food at the same time as us.
