So disappointing. We went for breakfast and waited more than 50 minutes while other tables who came after us got their food but we didn't. When we talked to the front table she said just sorry. We will not go back there anymore. Horrible experience and wasting time. Very disrespectful.

We placed an online order for pickup this morning. Garbage service. From the Manager to the cashier attending on the counter. My husband gets there and asks for the pickup order and cashier says they don't have it. The order was put behind the counter somewhere so they lost the order. When they bring out the order they still get the order wrong. Eggs were raw and missing items. Then the Manager comes out and we ask for a refund and simply says "Oh, you have to do it online I can't help you" and just walks away. So no help wh... read more

Waited 40 mins, then I walked by the kitchen to see about 30 dishes backed up on the line. When we got our food it had obviously been sitting a while. Fries were cold and soggy, burgers were cold and gross. We saw our server twice in those 40 mins with no drink refills. People who came in way after us got their food at the same time as us. The food is pretty good, service is good, but the smell is bad. My family and I went there recently, and the room to the left smells really bad like a sewer. For sure something is wrong with the pipes. Luckily we were weren't seated there, but the smell lingers through the whole restaurant. It's just not as strong in the main dining area than in the first dining room. This isn't a new thing. My husband and I went there in October and it still smelled like sewage, just not as strong.
