Brooklyn should get at least a 5 star rating for her helpful service and good attitude. She was very helpful, going above and beyond to make us welcome. We ordered the taco salads which were so delicious. we look forward to our next visit to the Washington Black Bear diner for diner
Food was okay. The restaurant just felt dirty. We did have a very attentive waitor which always helps the experience!!
The breakfasts have always been very good. If you want good service sit anywhere they seat you. If you want great service ask for Andy's section. He's very attentive and keeps the coffee coming, unfortunately the others, not so much.
Food tastes great and the staff are very clean and friendly, will visit a million more times!
Oh! My! Gosh!! I LOVE this place!! And particularly our waiter, Andy!! Andy took care of our entire school faculty (over 40 people), single handed. He was so "on" with everyone's order and fun to banter with. He took such good care of us, that I came back today and asked to sit on his station. He's amazing. Go!! Ask for Andy. You won't be sorry!!
Food was decent, except one of our orders was late and incomplete. Server was cheerful and accommodating. But we had to remind her of several things we had ordered. Sidney "like Australia" was super sweet.
Service was great, food was really good, excellent place for anyone to visit and eat at and the gift shop was a great added touch!
I love the black bear cafe I've been to several around the country just ate at the one in Washington city it was amazing my favorite was taken off the menu but the last few times I've been there they've been more than accommodating Andy was our server today extremely pleasant and prompt enjoyed the experience because of him Good job blackboard bear cafe
A great breakfast place and I love their waffles! They were super understaffed but Andy did a great job handling all of the tables! Emily the manager was also helping out as much as she could! Thank you for all your hard work! On another note there was a group of other staff who did nothing to help out their own team. Coffees and drinks were unfilled.
