went to westjordan location today and promptly left after noticeing a male follow my daughter into the bathroom they have locked one bathroom and made the only other bathroom gender neutral my ten year old daughter was shocked and scared that a man was in the bathroom with her we will never go to another black baer diner

On November 12th we ordered $90 worth of food through delivery. We ordered chicken fried steak, a sandwich, sides of fruit, extra sides of gravy and other things. The food showed up, but they had neglected to put lids on anything. Gravy was everywhere - fruit and fruit juice all over making everything sticky. Breakfast was ruined, so we had to go elsewhere. I just wanted to share what we just witnessed at this location just now. Despite the food being awful this go around, I didn’t have it in me to complain as it seemed the Karen (Lynette) managing the place today was already giving the employees a hard enough time. A group of employees was at the bar wrapping the silverware and my husband pointed out that their manager one by one was disconnecting and taking their chairs away. Tonight my wife and I stopped at 7 pm. It was terrible! Poor management, one server wearing her McDonald’s jacket dishwasher had his pants pulled down very low! Nasty 🤢 temp was turned up to high making uncomfortable other costumer’s complaints also! Eggs were over cooked, I ordered biscuits and gravy brought me out some cold and hard as a rock biscuits! They were also no the big black bear biscuits looked more like dennys. It’s quite obvious that the owner does not care about this restaurant!

I ate at the black bear diner in West Jordan to give them a try after having a bad experience in west valley. I ordered the volcano breakfast. The eggs were cold to the touch, along with the sausage. I sent it back too get it warmed up but it came back different. Not good tasting. The waitress took too long to refill our glasses and we got our first refill as we were leaving. Honestly can say I will never go to give this place another try, anywhere.

We came to visit and took our son and daughter in law for a late lunch. The service was terrible. The waiter hardly spoke English. Our sons hamburger came with no cheese so inside of taking the burger back, the waiter brought him 2 pcs of cheese. When we went to pay the bill the girl tired to charge us $15.00 over what our bill was. She acted stupid about it and hardly spoke English. We have been to many Black Bear Diners in AZ and Idaho and have always had a great experience. We will not be visiting again
