Just stopped in for breakfast for a party of 3. The male host wrote us on the list. We started noticing other parties that arrived after us were being seated. We went back and asked when we would be seated. And the female hostess got snappy and said we don’t have a table for 8. He wrote down 8!!! Where do you get 8 when someone says 3 and holds up 3 fingers? Poor attitude and poor service. Haven’t been happy the last few times we have been there.

I went to this location on February 26th for breakfast with a friend. We both ordered the apple chicken sausage scramble. Our usual. This always comes with fresh cut fruit and a beautiful avocado on top of the eggs. Firstly when we got there the waitress was quite rude. She seemed irritated to be working from the beginning. Had a great previous experience but this time was ridiculous. The server was hard to understand as he whispered when speaking, he delivered cold food about 45 mins-1 hour after we ordered and forgot our boxes 3 times when checking on us. It was not that busy and the other employees were just as bad. The cashier asked how everything was and I said the food was cold and the wait was long and she just ignored me and handed me back my card with a “Come again”. Very disappointing experience.

I love Black Bear Diner Normally..However anytime we go to The West Jordan location. always disappointed. Yesterday ordered breakfast since we were sick and didnt wantvto go out and spread the love! Door dash was great butvtge food we received was awful!! We only ordered pancakes but they were burnt and the syrupbtheyvsent was smuckers...Half of thebreadon we go to Black Bear is for the hot real Maple syrup. Well needless to say we wated $20 In pancakes my toddler wouldn't eat the burnt tiny pancakes. I don't blame her..

Endless crying & upset little ones, an argumentative waitress that just couldn’t stop apologizing, wrong order replaced with poorly cooked order, burned coffee, water offered but never delivered, grossly understaffed. Zero Stars👎🏻 I will never return.
