We went here today 12/26. Our server made it the worst experience we have had at black bear. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. It came out cold cold, absolutely not the cooks fault. The server did not care about it. She avoided us basically the whole time. We had to ask other servers for refills and the rest of our meals. Then the server had the audacity to talk to her co-workers about us and why she doesn't think we deserved to have us taken care of bill wise. She was very unprofessional. For starters, I found a hair underneath my waffle! My scrambled eggs were overcook and brown. I asked for over easy eggs to replace them and it took 10 mins for those to come out and they were overcooked as well. Probably sat underneath the heat lamp. My "sweat cream" waffle had no taste. No butter and a tiny container of syrup. My husband got the steak and eggs with grits, fruit and a corn muffin. The grits were disgusting. Watery and bland. The fruit cup was almost all cantaloupe. So so so slow. Waited an hour after waitress took our order and she went MIA. Find out she never out the order in. Went for friends 15th bday and had to leave and go elsewhere just to wait again because its Friday night. Do not go here if you want to get out in any sort of reasonable time.

Went to the West Jordan Ut location tonight. First of all the service was very slow. We got in there at about 6:30 pm, it was after 8:30 pm when we got out of there. IT wasn’t all that busy. The slow pace didn’t bother us to much. My wife did mention that maybe they had to chase down the chicken. We were there for a birthday party for my grandson and my daughter. My family and myself went to BBD on the night of the 7th a s had one of the most ABSOLUTEL worst case of customer service I've ever experienced. We waited almost 20 minutes to even get our drink orders. It took over an hour to get our food and when we did, it was cold. My moms food was so cold, that her gravy had a thick layer of FILM on it. This is how the broccoli looked like when they served it to us. The manager played it down as if is no big deal. Then they gave us only $3.00 of the whole bill and also the food came out all at once.

Ate there last night,( poor, at best ) now everyone in my home has stomach issues. 13/10 would NOT recommend.

I've never waited less than an hour for my order at the Jordan landing location. Tonight was no exception, half of our food was cold once we got it, our drinks were never refilled, and they STILL don't have Braille menus. If you have a vision impairment or are blind, don't bother asking for assistance with the tiny print menu, or any questions for that matter, the staff is rude and not trained to assist or accommodate people with visual impairment.
