We come 2 this location @ least once or twice a month 4 the free kids meals & my nephew always gets the new york steak on the kids meal!! However 2nite we told that they dont allow u get the kids steak!! This is so stupid since 2 weeks ago he got the steak & we had no problem getting it 4 free!! If there is something on the kids menu not included the maybe they should tell the consumer when they r ordering instead of paying!!! I definitely wont b coming back here again!! :(
I read this weekend that not only is the restaurant open on Thanksgiving but also on Christmas day! I spoke to 2 employees that wern't happy about it but they have no choice! Sad!
My first and only experience at the black bear diner started with confusion on wether I seat my self or if we was to be seated since the two employees who were supposed to seat us was blocking the only entrance into the seating area while they talked about their home lives even after acknowledging us standing in the lobby they continued to gossip making me think we was supposed to seat ourselves....every employee we encountered acted as if it was their last day gloomy and moving slow.
